Cascade prides itself on its culture of intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and respect. We provide employees with the resources and training they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.
We believe that diversity and inclusivity are essential to excel in our work and to attract and retain engaged employees. Cascade endeavors to create an environment in which all team members feel they can thrive, regardless of background, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, age, sexual orientation, or disability status.
Our ID&E Council brings employees together from across the organization to shape and advance our efforts. We acknowledge that achieving diversity and inclusivity requires ongoing work, and that we must continue to listen, reflect, evaluate, and revise our initiatives.
Cascade partners with two non-profits dedicated to improving access to higher education and careers in investment for under-represented groups: Girls Who Invest, which is dedicated to increasing the number of women in portfolio management and executive leadership, and Rainier Scholars, which cultivates the academic potential and leadership skills of low-income students of color. We host interns from both and have a number of the programs’ alumni on our team.
We also encourage employees to involve themselves in the community and support causes important to them, including by providing a generous match on charitable giving.
Machine-readable files (MRFs) are provided in support of the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and contain in-network negotiated rates and out-of-network allowed amounts. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data.
